Aviso de Reuniones Públicas y Oportunidades de Comentarios Públicos relacionados con el Consejo Regional del Gran Nashville (GNRC) y sus juntas y comités
Reuniones Públicas
Por la presente se notifica que los siguientes se reunirán durante las sesiones ordinarias con el fin de considerar y realizar transacciones comerciales en nombre de la GNRC y sus miembros.
- • Comité Coordinador de Transporte: el comité se reunirá en las oficinas de GNRC, 44 Vantage Way, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37228 el 7 de junio a las 10:30 a. m. para desarrollar recomendaciones para la Junta de Políticas de Transporte.
- • Consejo Regional: el cuerpo del consejo se reunirá en Tennessee State Library and Archives, 1001 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN 37219 el 21 de junio a las 10:15 a. m. para realizar negocios en nombre de los miembros del gobierno local.
- • Corporación de Desarrollo del Área de Mid-Cumberland (MADC): la junta directiva de MADC se reunirá en las oficinas de GNRC, 44 Vantage Way, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37228 el 15 de junio a las 10:30 a. m. Oportunidad para comentario público

- Enmiendas al Plan de Transporte Regional (RTP): el RTP es un documento requerido por el gobierno federal que representa los objetivos de transporte colectivo de los gobiernos de las ciudades y los condados del área, las agencias de tránsito y el TDOT. El propósito del RTP es identificar cómo los socios gubernamentales pretenden asignar fondos federales de transporte para mejorar las opciones de transporte en los condados de Davidson, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson y Wilson. Una audiencia pública está programada junto con la reunión de TPB el 17 de mayo.
- Enmiendas al Programa de mejora del transporte (TIP): el TIP es un programa de subvenciones de corto alcance disponible para proyectos de carreteras y tránsito en el área metropolitana de Nashville por parte de la Administración Federal de Carreteras y la Administración Federal de Tránsito. El TIP cumple con los requisitos de participación pública para el programa de proyectos de WeGo Public Transit, Franklin Transit Authority y Murfreesboro Rover. Una audiencia pública está programada junto con la reunión de TPB el 17 de mayo.

Notice of Public Meetings and Public Comment Opportunities related to the
Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC) and its Boards and Committees
Public Meetings.
Notice is hereby given that the following will meet during regular sessions for the purposes of considering and transacting business on behalf of the GNRC and its membership.
• Transportation Coordinating Committee – The committee will meet at GNRC offices, 44 Vantage Way, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37228 on June 7 at 10:30 a.m. to develop recommendations for the Transportation Policy Board.
• Regional Council – The council body will meet at the Tennessee State Library and Archives, 1001 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN 37219 on June 21 at 10:15 a.m. to conduct business on behalf of its local government members.
• Mid-Cumberland Area Development Corporation (MADC) – The MADC Board of Directors will meet at GNRC offices, 44 Vantage Way, Suite 450, Nashville, TN 37228 on June 15 at 10:30 a.m. MADC is an SBA-certified development company. Any portion of MADC business that relates to its work on behalf of GNRC’s small business lending programs will be open to the public.

Opportunity for Public Comment
GNRC is seeking public review and comment on the following item(s). Comments may be submitted in writing by email to comments@gnrc.org. Please include the document name in the subject line. Items will be posted for review at https://www.gnrc.org/PublicNotices.
- Amendments to the Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) – The RTP is a federally-required document which represents the collective transportation goals of area city and county governments, transit agencies, and TDOT. The purpose of the RTP is to identify how governmental partners intend to allocate federal transportation funding to improve transportation options across Davidson, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, and Wilson counties. A public hearing is scheduled in conjunction with the TPB meeting on May 17.
- Amendments to the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) – The TIP is a short-range program of grants made available to roadway and transit projects across the Nashville metropolitan area from the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration. The TIP satisfies the public participation requirements for the program of projects for WeGo Public Transit, the Franklin Transit Authority, and the Murfreesboro Rover. A public hearing is scheduled in conjunction with the TPB meeting on May 17.
